1. Credit/Debit Card Processing Fees
   • NIMC ONLY ACCEPT MASTERCARD.
   • Your NIN fees are paid directly to NIMC and Refund is process by NIMC not Mercyland Insurance Depot.
   • For Refund of NIN Fees, Please Contact NIMC not Mercyland Inc
   • If you choose to pay with VISA credit or debit card Through Mercyland Inc, you agree that additional card processing fees and administrative fees will apply in addition to the approved NIMC application fees. You further acknowledge that payment and fees are non-refundable.
2. BVN and BVN Modification
   You understand and agree that it is your responsibility to provide your Bank Verification Number (BVN) at the time of enrollment. Failure to do so may result in NIMC discovering that you already have a BVN. In such cases, your application will be canceled, and you will be required to undergo a re-enrollment process (“BVN Modification”) at your own expense. Mercyland Inc. shall not be held liable for such consequences.
3. Data Accuracy and Corrections
   You acknowledge that NIN enrollment begins with the National Population database, and your information is transferred to NIMC for NIN issuance. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your personal data at the time of registration. Any typographical errors or incorrect information in your enrollment record are your responsibility, and you will bear the cost of making corrections with NIMC

What to bring to your Appointment:

• Proof of Digitized Verifiable and Approved National Population
  • Birth Certificate (Child)
  • Birth Certificate (Adult, 18 yrs and above and no NIN)
  • Birth Certificate Attestation (Adult, 18 yrs and above/NIN UPDATE)
• Proof of Payment and Birth Code from National Population
• Proof of Pre-Enrollment from NIMC
  • NIMC Payment Code and or proof of Pre-enrollment
• Proof of Identity: Nigeria Passport (Current or Expired), Birth Certificate, etc.
• Bank Verification Number (BVN). Call or log in to your Nigeria Bank account to retrieve your BVN. If you never operated or Opened a Bank Account in Nigeria in the time past and you do not have BVN you are okay.
• Schedule Appointment with Mercyland NIN Enrollment Center
  • Completed NIMC Enrollment Application form (Download it before you submit your appointment)
  • Upload Document obtained from National Population and NIMC
  • Submit your appointment
  • Come to your appointment with Proof of appointment
